I downloaded the app and proceeded with the normal process to verify my account. However, after waiting for more than 24 hours, contacting the customer service on WhatsApp by chatting and by phone call, I haven’t received any feedback or response from the customer service team. This should be resolved to support your customers on all times.

The concept is great, providing a convenient way to receive money from abroad. I have used it twice and found it to be super fast and practical. During my second use, I encountered an issue when cashing out, but the support team was responsive and able to resolve the problem the next morning. Overall, it's a good app. Perhaps it could benefit from some polishing to eliminate a few interface bugs here and there, but it is ultimately better than other methods of transferring money.
